Biography

Lynn Joubert-Mills was born in South Africa. She and her family have
moved to New Zealand to provide their five year old son with a better
education and future. In South Africa Lynn did commissioned artworks
for private patrons ranging from wildlife to portraits, motorbikes
and fantasy works. To supplement an artists income she taught visual
art in high schools.

She holds a BA(Fine Arts) degree with a distinction in painting from
The University of South Africa. A Postgraduate Diploma in Secondary
School Teaching, a Cambridge Certificate for Secondary School Based
Assessment and a Diploma in Computer Graphics.

Lynn has taken part in numerous exhibitions in South Africa and was a
finalist in the ABSA Bank Art competition.

After moving to New Zealand she has committed herself to continuing
her aspirations as an artist specifically in the field of illustration.
